 About Jeannie

Jeannie began her career as an Electrical Engineer from Georgia Tech before moving into education and later non-profit leadership with responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, training, and leading from 40-400 women.

Now an ICF Certified Leadership Coach, Jeannie is also a speaker, mentor, wife, mother, and the keeper of an empty nest near Atlanta, Georgia.

Maturity and experience have softened her strong vein of logic, structure, and productivity, teaching her to find value in conflict and to honor the heart below the surface.

A Personal Note:

On paper my life looks great: a good education, a long marriage, a multi-faceted career, three adventurous adult children, and many areas of service. Even in my fifties the future is bright.

Yet, I’m passionate about serving those who want to lead themselves and others well because, like you, I have experienced the consequences of the opposite. Those obstacles left me hungry for something better, motivating me to learn and help others master the skills that don’t come naturally.

I understand the challenges of balancing a full life and an ambitious vision against the needs and demands of those who look to you for answers.

I believe you can develop and refine the skills that will enable you to lead yourself and others well. I would be honored to walk with you as you make your way through the murky present into the growth, the satisfaction, and the bright future that awaits.

Coaching with Jeannie has been the single most effective thing to help me in my journey with ADHD. I have learned to speak more kindly to myself and to let God remove the shame and guilt I felt for not stewarding my life well. Jeannie helped me realize that managing my life with ADHD will be a process, that I’m not a failure, I still have room to grow, and I’m learning.

Working with Jeannie has helped me to be an advocate for myself. She has guided me into discovering that caring for myself is essential and not selfish. I am uncovering patterns of unhealthy behavior and learning how to establish new healthy patterns. My time with her has become a treasured jewel.
